We had extra luggage that we wanted to book in brake van during our travel from Delhi to Kathgodam. The booking counter clerk asked us to talk to stamping clerk. The Stamping clerk told us that there is no space due to Diwali and ask us to talk to a broker standing nearby. The broker took Rs. 700 and gave us receipt of Rs. 195 and our luggage was loaded in the train.
