Paid rs 5500 to Mr ravinder singh currently working as an examiner in chennai customs

Few days back I was forced to pay rs 5500 to Mr ravinder singh who is currently working as an examiner at ecct cfs. I was asked rs 5500 on the name of trade bill. I paid to him to prevent demurrage and other charges . Will somebody take this to anti corruption agencies.
