I was in need of Marriage certificate urgently. It was 1 year delay to get the same. So to get the affidavit, i gone nellore court premises.There were many sitting outside doing the jobs with many Stamp papers.There I paid Rs.50 for Rs.20 Stamp paper and Rs.200 for affidavit.
Then in registration office, I paid Rs.1500 to a broker.We thought that the broker is inside person who started helping us from the beginning.But later we found that with the contacts he had in SubRegsitrar office, they started Consultancy just outside the office. I was happy to get the certificate within 3 hours but feeling guilty for paying Rs.1500 for small work. This shows that the government officials can do work soon but just for money they make every process late.
