Paid Rs.16000 to get 2 Passports issued :(

I paid Rs.6000 to get my passport issued in delhi and Rs.10000 to get my mothers passport issued in smaller city. Couldnt wait and rely on their unpredictable timelines as I had to make a trip for work.
