Paid Rs.200 for wearing headset while driving and got challan for only Rs.100

I crossed the Kamala theatre signal in Vadapalani and was stopped by traffic police Sardhar.H.
I was told that I had to pay a fine of Rs.1500 as I was wearing headset
I was not wearing helmet but the police did not say anything about it
Later after bargain he got Rs.200 which was the total money that I had he got it and gave me a challan for Rs.100
When I asked him about why he got 200 while the challan was only for 100 he convinced me to get away from that place if I don't want any problems.
I did not sign the challan either and the police himself signed and gave it to me
