My father passed away and i had to get succession certificate. The paperwork did not move forward until i paid a bribe and got the work done through a person called Raju who works in sub registrar office Jayanagar 4th block. I am feeling pathetic for having paid a bribe but getting the work done was my top priority and they exploited my desperation to get the work done.
