Paid Rs.8000 for the reconnection

The house was getting renovated and as per the rules the water meter was disconnected. After the house work was completed, tried to get the reconnection. Had to spend Rs.8000 for the reconnection. Though they said that its a reconnection they officials said it cannot be done and had to go for a new connection and hence had to cough up Rs.20000 (200 less) through the DD and Rs.8000 as bribe for them. They are very talented and do not directly accept the moeny. They have the middlemen doing the plumbing work and everyone has to go through them only.
