The tte's in the railways are just becoming more and more corrupted.I was ready to pay the fine amount but he didnt accept the fine amount for writing the excess fare ticket.He asked me less than the excess fare and didnt give me any report.This incident happened in the 18310 NED-SBP Nagavali express.It isn't a matter of money but a matter of corruption that i want to share with you.
