Recently, I visited a nearby police station to file the FIR for a missing vehicle Registration Certificate. The officer in charge of filing FIR asked me get a bundle of paper since they are low on papers. I wasn't annoyed by this incident since I got my FIR within 3 days but it's a shame that i have to do all this to get the FIR.
