I applied for a loan of 300000 in a bank.. the bank manager informed me that the process will take atleast two months to pass the loan.. but the next day i approached through a agent and accepted to pay 10% of the loan amount as commission to the bank manager the immediately within 7 to 10 days the loan got passed and i got the money in my hand.... this bank manager commission is the same all over the country poor farmers are paying 2000 and 3000 as commission for 100000 loans..... they r not leaving the farmers and the students also
