I was in urgent need of my passport so i had no other way other than paying the officer, he charged rs.300 for per passport, my family members had also applied so i had to pay him rs.1200... even after paying he didnt move the papers to sp office, i and my mother took our papers along with few others paper and produced it to sp office... (people who are capable will be able to pay the money , the rest will suffer due to officers like him)
