Passport bribe increasing every year.

2years back the police charged Rs.300-400 as bribe for police verification of passport, which rose to Rs.500 last year. and this year its now Rs.800-1000.They make excuse that this money goes to higher officers also, and says inflation is high so bribe is increasing.
