On 25-10-2018, one call was came on my phone no. @10:13am This call was from the XXX. Instead of coming to my address He asked me to come up with the documents to the Nehru place police station /passport office first floor which I've submitted during the passport application. So I reached there @ 11:59am I did the same, and I submitted all legal documents. After doing the verification he asked for kharcha pani. I said I'm a student please don't take. But he denied. I offered him 300rs but he asked me to go home and start cancelling my form. So forcefully I need to pay 500 to him after taking he was like where should I tick on form there were 2 options. 1st was satisfied 2nd was not satisfied. He was playing with me I said please tick the 1st one After that there were 2 options 1st was cleared and 2nd was not clear again I've to said please tick the cleared option. Then he did the same and I thanked him.
