Today I paid Rs. 500 to a police personnel who came to my residence for tatkal passport verification. I am embarrassed that I agreed to abide to such terms and conditions.

I paid purely out of desperation so that my immediate overseas travel is not in jeopardy.

I could have easily donated this money to someone in need instead of paying the officer.

Going forward I think will choose not to pay even a single dime as bride to anyone. I am ready to face the consequences for such actions. I am sure the process will be delayed but it will clean.
