Well,was it my mistake??..hmm to an extent as i had no option/as i had no time to waste/as i didnt want to question/as i knew the tradition followed by the policeman , but the question and the confusion was can we change,didnt had the solution though.
It was in the year 2008 when i went to the police station to check the status of my passport who does address verification. I asked about it and they asked me 200 without any hesitation. I asked concession of 50 but the discount was not in offer. Most annoying thing was all this is done in the presence of SI , SP in the police station atleast to whom i have some respect.
Police == Polluted.
Can we bring the change????.
