We are residing in flat scheme with shops and esidential flats..so for shops we got commercial water connection and for residential we got residential water connection..sump for both connections being same..shops were not operating and hence we utilized water from commercial connection...water availability was very poor but bills were slapped for random units amounting appr 75 on an average and resulting huge bills and corporation officials continuosly harrassed us for paying bills which appears to be intentionally exagerated ..so we applied for converting commercial connection to residential one through one official called Dongre(not confirm since he has been transferred) which asked for bribe of 6 thousand which we paid ..but till now no action was taken and we need to go to higher officials which coopearted and matter is abt to get solved now.
