Bhubaneswar Development Authority sold 229 HIG duplex houses in Baramunda. Not sufficient water to my house from the PH pump-house. The orifice of supply to my house connection was increased from half inch to three-quarter inch 4 years back for which I paid Rs.5000. Every year the pump house peon threatens me that the engineer will come to inspect & I might have to pay about Rs.one lakh if the tampering is known.
