I have to pay the agent fees(without any receipt) of Rs 5000/- towards registration of my flat. The builder told that they have appointed one agent to do this work at registration office and we have to pay this money for documentation. I don't understand why I have to pay this extra amount since I already paid for the flat cost to builder, gave him the registration and stamp duty charges by cheque. I know some part of this is definetely going to be shared by a ********** of government officials involved in the process but the system is so well placed that no individuals get caught here. This is a matter of utter shame to a country who has got so many brilliant people only to use their intellegency in a wrong way.
