Paying extra Rs. 20/- for every gas refill delivery

I used to pay extra Rs. 20/- for every gas refill delivery. regarding this i gave complaints to indane gas authorities 74882 on 09-02-2011 and 201516 on 18-10-2011. But still the delivery boy collecting the extra amount on 2-12-2011. Regarding that i again raised a complaint 233896 on 2-12-2011.

Then the delivery boy came for compromise.

If any one is suffering with the indane gas agency people you can do this.

But this incident is an example for the counseling given by distributor is useless. I don't know what action they will take against this.
