I was asked to pay a bribe via the Architect twice. Once when the map of house was cleared and next when the completion certificate was issued. I have specifically instructed my Architect not to violate any serious laws put on by **********. What he said was that does not matter, they will put a lot of objections on trivial things and will delay building of house...I did try to access the head of department but they assumed that I was at fault even before they started talking...anyways...the result is that I did pay the bribe ... BTW the date mentioned above is only approximate...i do not remember the exact date...it was paid across two different years, 2005 and 2006
