Paying Rs 50/- as LPG cylinder home delivery charge every time
Every time I have to pay Rs 50/- extra every time as home delivery charge to the LPG refill.The delivery boy always gives some old bill,but charges with current rate+50.This time I paid 450/- for 1 domestic gas cylinder.I know home delivery is free but I can't complain against him.Feel like helpless.
It takes minimum 15-20 days and numerous call to the gas agency(most of which won't be attended)and complains to the gas company to get the refill after LPG booking.Have to wait for the delivery vehicle everytime(no fixed day or time) and once it comes we have to go to it and ask for our booking.Then only the delivery boy will come to my house.If I will complain,I don't know next time how much they will delay it.
