Hie, My name is S i had applied for a birth certificate around 10 days ago and when i when to collect it today the date was mistaken i asked them if there is any possibility to change or re apply the person incharge told me that if i gave him 500 rupees he can do it else it would take another 10 days i had no other option but needed it already i waited for it from a long time so i asked him to do the work he took just 30 minutes to do it and i gave him 300 which he didnt count and took it i feel bad but i had no option i have his pics but no proof that i paid i wish i didnt pay but i had no option.
