As you know for Startups we usually overlook the PF and ESI. And it comes to a point where we need to suddenly pay a huge sum based on a sudden Raid. There is no option for settlement without a Bribe here.

Even we are scared that at this will put us in much worst situation. Now at least this door is open as sometimes the actual numbers will put us into even worse situation.

There should be humanitarian way for settling such scenarios for small company and genuine reasons.
