I was coming on my two wheeler about 10 in the night. They stopped and checked the papers. When all papers in order they questioned why you are driving scooter on licence of m/cycle (in Delhi two-wheeler are grouped as m/cycle). They wasted my 15-20 minutes and let me go only after taking Rs.50/- (big amount in year 1993)These pickets are placed for checking the criminals movement but they are disturbing general public.
