We went to Tirupati ********** temple in 2007. We were outside the Tirupati ********** temple and I had the tickets for the entire family. Somehow my wife and her parents got lost in the crowd. A policeman stopped them and asked for the tickets. Now since the tickets were with me and my family was not able to contact me (As Mobile phones are not allowed) so Police man started harrasing them in all possible way. Finally they asked for Rs 3000 bribe and told them if they would not give them this amount they will arrest them. My family had no option but to give them the money. This was really cruel on the part of Police. They won’t even spare people in the temple like Tirupati **********.
