In the evening, I was sitting in my car and I had parked my car in a spot opposite my wife's office.
The police officer did not listen to my request of not charging me for parking in a no-parking zone, as I was still sitting in my car.
I had not parked the car and as per law, if a person is sitting on his bike/inside his car at the steering, police cannot impose a fine. However, the lady officer on duty howled at my wife for refusing to pay (in front of all the people on the road) and said that she will slap my wife 4 times on her face.
I did not expect a lady officer to behave rudely and impose a fine that was not justified. This is nothing but illegal extortion of money. And I am pretty sure that the receipt provided to me was fake too.
