Police hold my RC asked for Bribe

I was going to join my office on Friday (03/05/2013) @ 2.15 PM. Police asked me stop car near to City Centre Metro Station in Noida. Forced me to show all vehicle related document i.e. Registration Certificate, Driving License, Pollution Certificate, Insurance all in original form and after verification hold my RC and demanded money to get back that. When I asked what behind this I have submitted what you asked then why demanding this money now. Police officers embarrassed me and handed over one Callahan slip in my hand and told go otherwise they won't leave me and arrest in other case. Thank GOD I ran away from city center metro station police booth.
