I am working in one of the elct. contrcating company who are doing the power line erection work. In last year Nov one of our subcontractor was doing the work in one village and due to his mistake one farmer has died due to electrical shock in his farm during farming.
Case has gone to local police stn. we found that there was one person who is not offical staff of police dept. but he was discussing with us on behalf of police stn incharge. This kind of person are called as PANTAR in local langauge. He was telling us that family of victim is asking for 10Lakhs as a help so wee offer that we are ready to pay five lakhs and he was scaring us that if tried to talk to them directly they will beat us. Then he offered that if we pay 3 Lakhs to that PI then he will prepare the FIR in our faviour just for show nominally he arrest to our person on the day court case same day he will biled We have decided that let case go in to the court it has finlised on 2 Lakhs.

On the day of court case we found that he has took a money from us and next party also he has charge the IPC which are non balible in addtion to above we ********** frist time to victom family that their expected money was 4Lakhs that police man has took to 20K from that poor family to prepar the strong case to ge the maximum amount from company.
