I visited the Mysore palace and the palace security is so efficient that they initially let us take our camera inside. Later they stop you for a second round of checking and stop you saying you are carrying a camera. When I offered to deposit the camera, the police constable there says,"its ok sir you can take the camera, but just come aside and lets settle this". I told him I am willing to deposit the camera but he says you pay me and you can take the camera. All the police in the Mysore palace are jointly corrupt and annoying.
