Police Verification for Passport Bribe at Tezpur, Assam

I paid a bribe to a police official at Tezpur sometime back for verifying my passport address details. He didnt come to my address which is correct address and I have been living there for a long time. He called me to the police station and discreetly asked for a bribe for passing the documents.
