I am a college student studying in solan. i am 18 above and having driving license for 2-wheller as well as LMV. yesterday i was charged a challan of Rs.800, because the glass of my helmet was broken. so as i paid the challan a boy passed from our (me and policeman) front without wearing a helmet and the policeman didnt even said him anything just because he was son of a rich man.!
