I was stopped by the constable at a traffic light and asked me to show the paper's but i forget the PUC certificate at my home,well good thing is that i have other paper and in the meanwhile the constable told me that if you go to our senior officer Hw will charge you 1000 but if you give us 200 we will let you free..... and so on i have give the money to constable for not showing the PUC certificate...
In Ghaziabad everything has a rule book of bribe...
