Dear Sir,
I, Mr. Puneet Talreja and Deepak Garera of Eco Drilling Fluids - Mumbai, take complete responsibility of the below content and would like to play a witness in order for a much more clearer and transparent vendor selection of polymer supplier for the ongoing as well as the future (under tendering) BMCL Metro Project.
We would like to inform you that there is tremendous amount of corruption going on within your QA/QC department of BMRCL for the polymer supplier and the below personnel are involved who are taking money from each and every supplier to give them approvals who could than sell their material to the three contractors IL&FS Engineering, Soma Enterprises, NCC.
Mr. Murty (+91 94498 74429) along with Mr. Kanan and Mr. Simon is the main anchorage of collecting all the money from different vendors. to be very honest, even we paid him INR 3lac per contractor and the reason why i am admitting this is because they had promised us that they will not be issuing the approvals to any other vendor. however, i would like to get these guys punished as they have been disloyal even in corrupt practices and if i am to be fallen into trouble due to this, i have no guilt whatsoever.
We had paid these people in March/April 2016 when the project was just about to start but since than these greedy beggars have taken money also from Vidya Enterprises - Chennai and Star Drilling Fluids - Mumbai due to which everyone has an approval now and they are all playing with the quality of the product to ensure that the lowest bidder wins the orders from contractors. We are unable to supply now as we have to recover our cost (Bribe) which we paid to these three and due to which we are totally incompetent and out of the current market.
If there is any further clarification you need from our side, we are available at the below address and phone numbers and we can also come to bangalore to discuss this subject. we do understand that this is probably not the most appropriate way of communication but we have some investors who have funded our company and have to show them the reasons for our failure which is why we decided to expose this scam.
