Poor Engineers in Tamil nadu E B they dont leave single **********...

For the purpose of house construction i`ve applied temporoy connection(meter),A E asked me 2000 rupees bribe,but i`ve told him i`ll pay to u after fixing the meter only i will give u,but he didn`t provide connection,after one week i went to eb office i`ve given to him 2000 rupees then only his taken action.
