Hi,
Just one day ago i paid 1500 rs as bribe to retreive my passport from the post office.It was not possible for me to go there and retreive my passport so i send an authority letter to someone to collect it.Initially he was denying to give passport as you have to be present to take your passport.But it was little urgent so i offer him and he agree to give it in 1500.A bigger amount for a daakiya.
I know i was wrong and i m responsible for this,i admit that but "taali ek haath se nahi bajati dosto".
In our country systems are not so transparent and clear to make decision.So last decision is Grafity.
Advise::There are some systems which should be automated like paspport department,licence issue department and various other government department where manual intervension should be minimal to avoid these thimgs.
Question to our goverment::Why goverment is not starting software firms to install softwares in these department..???
