Postman asked for a bribe just to handover the passport!!

• Passport Delivery
• Paid INR 100

It seems the passport scheme is just a way to collect bribes all the way from the police all the way till the postman (who just needs to deliver it as per his job). Either they are very underpaid or they are just habitual bribe accepters like their peers & colleagues.
Please privatise such processes or stop this before we are delcared the most corrupt nation!
