I was away from India. I had to give a power of attorney to my father to attend to my affairs on my behalf. When I was asked to pay Rs.150 bribe for an registration form, signature. The actual fee was lot less. I was torn but I did not have much time left on my visit and I was forced to pay. I was torn then and still hurt by the process.
