I bought and registered a site in Golden Valley Layout, developed by Prisha Properties, a sister concern of Golden Gate Properties in Oct 2012.
Prisha Properties delayed providing NOC and Katha bifurcation order till Jun 2015. For getting Katha bifurcation order by BBMP, Kengeri, Prisha Properties demaned 20,000 in facilitation charges as concerned officer ( ARO. Mr. KrishnaGouda). I paid the same in cash to Prisha Properties along with required fees as DDs.
Subsequently, I was provided with Katha bifurcation order and asked to approach ARO for Katha certificate and extract. When we approached for the same to ARO ( Mr. Krishna Gouda), he demaned pribe again. I resisted to pay further pribe and had to go through hardship to get the same with a long delay of another 3 months and multiple trips to BBMP office for the same. Few others, who paid further pribe, the katha certificate and extract was delivered quickly.
