A private engineering college in Bangalore("*********** COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY,Old Madras Road,Bangalore-49) under VTU is asking for a bribe of Rs1000 per subject(theory & practical)from each n every student for making attendance. How can a student pay these kind of bribe or if he pays then how can we say that India is developing but India is a developed country in *******
