Problem faced by me and many other students

Generally in any engineering college if out attendance percentage falls between 65% to 75% we need to pay 300rs . It is a JNTU rule. but in Holy Mary Institution of Technology and sciences we need to pay 6000/- per student. AS far as i know every semester minimum 100 students ll pay 6000/- . if u can take charge on that
