To accept the katha application I had bribe the Thahsildhar office. There are more officials seeking bribe to process the application. There are many unnecessary disputes created because the revenue authorities do not do justice to their jobs. They create hurdles and make sure that the applicant pays bribe. They make wrong entries so that disputes arise and they make money out of disputes.
