A Retired Police personnel visited my home for passport verification.He checked some of the documents and mentioned that the verification involves some cost.I was supposed to leave the city in a month so I offered him Rs 100 on his request.I wanted to receive the passport on time so I did not want any hassles on their part and paid a bribe to get it done.
