We have recently got an apartment. Our apartment is Tranquil Acres and located in Kelambakkam, Chennai. The Village panchayat office has refused to get anyone to approach them directly and rather have the builder send them the money. Its very corrupt, i wrote to the Vigilence department of Chennai and they are corrupt too and there is collusion because of which they did not do anything on this matter.
