Property Tax Bribe at Sholinganallur, Chennai

All the apartment owners at Lancor Central Park South in Sholinganallur, Chennai paid a bribe of Rs 1500/- to the municipal representative who came to collect it along with the property tax from everybody.
It was almost mandated the bribe and everybody was forced to pay!
