I wanted to get my name registered on property tax records after buying a resale flat.*******As I could not find any agent, someone in the society told me to talk to any person in that office who will do the job if you pay them some commission.*******Since my mother is a housewife, I sent her there giving her instructions to ask exactly how much amount will the person charge.*******The man told my mother between the range 2000-2500 including 1150 for which receipt will be issued and he gave his phone number.*******I contacted the person and asked him to come home since a neighbor of mine was also interested in getting the job done.*******He asked for 1000 extra excluding the 1150 but I managed to convince him for 2000 overall.*******I paid the amount, he did the necessary verification and asked me to collect the receipt the next day from the office.*******I think he agreed for a discount of 150 since it was a win-win situation for him as he got two clients instead of one.*******In those 10 minutes he earned 850*2=1700.
