I came from Dubai to ********** my parents and to stay with them for months on January two thousand and eight, My parents were worried because they need to take a study loan for my brother who is now in Australia. When we checked we came to know that all our properties are in the name of my grandparents who has expired ten years before. So I with my parents went to see the village officer (who was a lady) she after checking all documents asked me hw much land we have (ten acres approx) after hearing that she started saying about rules and regulations which we were ready to follow but long one month we walked for that but nothing happened. Later i went to her house with some gifts (Perfumes, lipstick, sari,a bottle of Famous grousse etc etc) and she said she will clear the documents asap and very next day a peon from village office came to my house and asked me personely for bribe. An I paid her twenty five thousand bugs and gift's worth ten thousand plus a grand party exclusively for her family at my home on twelve February and we got our documents on fourteenth *******
