I dont remember the exact ********** but it was when last time the ration card transfers were done. My dad had to bribe the local provision store person responsible for ration cards. It ridiculous my dad had to pay money to get new ration card done. In short when last the ration cards were changed from old to new ones. To get a new one and get names changes in it and make it a speedy process.
