Had no other choice but to pay if not they never say when we will get connection and always say you are in Que. Lot of the other constructed sites get connection and we never get. Given up and paid the dirty money and got the connection.

Goons out there and complaining invites trouble. Hope this site will blow up to a level where India takes harsh action against people who ask bribe as a first step. Then as a second step to fine the people who bribe. Yes I will pay my fine for what I did. I love to pay to the Govt than the goons.
