My IT refund cheque of for a huge amount was kept in the guy's draw. I waited for about three years, and thereafter, wantonly the guy told that the file was untraceable. All this time the refund cheque was lying with him. he then took all the papers, rebuilt the file, made me come to his office like ten times, took one more year. he also took the bribe and thereafter gave me a new cheque.
