This is with regard to fake ST certificate acquired by a family and enjoyning the benifits given to ST.

The Director and the Research Officer in the Directorate of welfare of Scheduled Tribe is a hub to protect the people who have taken fake scheduled Tribe certificate and enjoying the benifits given to the ST of Karnataka denying their rights.The bribe here runs lakhs together and the accuse is thus protected by the authorities by creating fake documents and through delay techniques.the aim of this institution being the protection of ST and to protect them against atrocity is just an irony! the authorities have to be brought under scrutiny and protect the welfare of the Scheduled Tribe. The incidence i am facing here is that a family of four who have obtaind a fake ST certificate by tampering their caste name and are entered into govt jobs and also are corrupt. when i complained against this i was denied to register for not being aggrieved by the issue.for registering process iwas asked to pay Rs 20000/- but i denied paying it and hence the case was not registered. Being the citizen of India and one who comes to know the fraud being done by an individual or the family is it not the responsiblitiy of a true citizen to bring it to the notice of such frauds to the concerned authorities? The the frauds are of my community and hence the authorities have declared that the issue is due to family dispute. Now that when i have given sufficient documents to prove that the family of foure who have acquired the fake ST certificates the authorities are not ready to accept the complaint and they are calling for negotiation. I am so amazed at the role played by the authorities to shield the corrupt and anti social elements and curb the issue of fake certificate are they in turn protecting the fake ones and they themselves are causing atrosity on the ST. whome should be blamed. what negotiation can the director or the research officer can they do? I want this to be disposed and some how expose the inner rungs of this department. what is the credibility of such departments ?do we need such departments and give handfull if salaries to protect the fake and fradulant people?
